Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems in Ireland is seeking a Software Engineer for the Cloud Availability Platform to help build Conductor, our self-driving control plane that predicts, decides, and acts to keep thousands of accelerators running at peak efficiency.

You will own the development of greenfield distributed services, control planes, and closed-loop remediation systems, collaborating with hardware teams and cloud engineers to optimize power, compute, and observability in real time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate greenfield distributed services, control planes, and closed-loop remediation systems for autonomous AI workloads.
• Collaborate with engineers across hardware, energy management and data centers to align system design with infrastructure.
• Own core platform features like unified observability pipelines and energy-aware compute scheduling.
