Moorehall Lodge Drogheda is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver resident-centred care in a purpose-built nursing home. You will assess and plan care, work with a multidisciplinary team and promote residents' independence in a supportive environment.

The role requires NMBI registration, a recognised Nursing qualification, and a track record in care planning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and quality care delivery.

Formación

• Nursing qualifications essential for the role.
• Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland is required.
• Evidence of continuous professional development is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care with HIQA-aligned practices.
• Provide holistic, person-centred care to promote independence and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate written records and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Support residents and families, upholding autonomy and informed decision making.
