The ideal candidate holds Nursing qualifications and is registered with the NMBI, with evidence of ongoing professional development and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Nursing Qualifications essential.
• Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland essential.
• Evidence of continuous professional development and leadership/administrative ability.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident-centred care within HIQA standards.
• Provide holistic, person-centred care and promote independence and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate written records of resident care and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
