Job description

Beechfield Care Group are currently seeking to recruit a Staff Nurse who will work alongside the Director of Nursing in Beechfield Manor Nursing Home, Shankill, Co. Dublin. We aim to provide a consistently strong standard of care to our residents. Quality of care, being mindful of HIQA regulations, is the fundamental aspect of this role.

Contract: Permanent (Maternity leave 6-9 months )

The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents to the highest professional and ethical standards.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Quality of Care Responsibilities
  • Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff
  • Co-ordinate resident activities
  • Work within HIQA regulations
  • Any other duties as assigned by line manager
Candidate Requirements:
  • NMBI Registered
  • Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound decision making ability
  • An interest in care of the elderly
