Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Staff Engineer for Clean & Sterilisation at the Anngrove site, Carrigtwohill, on a 23-month fixed term contract. You will provide engineering support for new product introductions, ensure process and product quality, and participate in capital acquisitions and validation to support GMP-compliant manufacturing.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of team-based experience, strong collaboration skills, and a strategic, data-driven mindset

Qualifications

• B.S in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 4+ years’ experience.
• Proven ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for new product introductions and document in NPD procedures.
• Ensure process and product quality per operation and material specifications.
• Lead or support capital acquisition activities from equipment specs to validation.
• Analyse equipment to establish operating data and conduct experiments.
• Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP for transfers and launches.
• Review validation documentation and ensure GMP and safety adherence.
