The charter of ADI’s CSS team is to lead the market in selected technology domains with highly differentiated sensing, signal processing solutions. These include Capacitive Sensing, Optical Image Stabilization, PMIC, and Audio, which drive growth in our consumer business. We are seeking to fill key roles in defining, developing, and verifying digital systems for this market area, covering the entire development cycle from concept through design, verification, implementation, and product release. The Design Verification Engineer will collaborate with the wider ADI technical community, providing exposure to various technologies and products.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to verification of complex designs and sub-systems using leading-edge methodologies.
  • Influence verification methodologies and strategies, including test-plan generation, coverage analysis, transaction-level modeling, pseudo and constrained random techniques, assertion-based, and formal verification with System Verilog.
  • Architect and develop testbenches in UVM or Formal verification approaches.
  • Develop unit and SoC level test benches, integrate block testbenches in chip-level UVM environment, and verify integration.
  • Define test plans, verification methods, and work with design teams to generate and close test plans and coverage goals.
  • Debug Gate Level Simulations and manage timing violations.
  • Coordinate with analog co-simulation and firmware teams.
  • Manage scripts in TCL/Perl/Python for verification tasks.
  • Coding in C for M3 Series Cortex-based products.
  • Topics of interest include processor architectures, DSP, power sequences, DC-DC converters, low power design, memory interfaces.
  • Mentor junior verification engineers and support post-silicon activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10-15 years experience in ASIC design verification.
  • Proficiency with HW emulation or FPGA prototyping.
  • Experience in building and leading verification teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and fluent in English.
