Job summary

Coursera + Udemy is seeking an experienced product leader to own the vision and roadmap for a core agentic AI capability at the heart of a new AI-first product line. You will shape how the system reasons, generates, and acts for users, reporting to the Product Director for Growth and Experience, influencing AI-first product development across the company.

The role requires 8+ years in product management, fluency in AI concepts, and a track record translating frontier problems into concrete

Qualifications

• Experience designing agentic, AI-driven product systems.
• Background in data and ML fluency, with ability to work with data science on reasoning and inference design.
• Experience writing product requirements for systems with undefined or emergent behavior, where the spec isn’t fixed upfront.
• Demonstrated history of sound judgment on taxonomy, ontology, and knowledge structure design.
• Experience with requirements elicitation in fast-moving problem spaces.
• 8+ years of product management experience at staff level scope and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for a core agentic AI capability, from concept through scaled delivery.
• Define how the system reasons and generates outcomes, including taxonomy and decision models.
• Translate ambiguous frontier-style problems into clear product requirements where the right answer isn’t known.
• Partner with data science and ML teams to ground product decisions in model behavior and signals.
• Set the bar for an AI-first, agentic product, not a traditional workflow.
• Represent this capability's vision and progress to senior stakeholders.
