Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharma industry.
• Demonstrated Team Lead experience.
• Stability Coordination experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to build strong cross functional relationships.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly stability activities with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Lead daily workflows, assigning and distributing tasks to the team to improve efficiency.
• Maintain capacity plans for resourcing and chamber management related to Stability activities.
• Support stability-related investigations ensuring regulatory requirements, notifications, and timelines are met.
• Support data entry and analytics of Stability test results from internal and external labs.
• Maintain and report metrics for the Stability Program at key forums like Quality Council and laboratory leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; conduct activities safely.
• Support effective stakeholder communications to achieve stability objectives using operational excellence tools.
• Ensure testing requirements meet timelines with internal and external laboratories.
• Play a role in Lab Transformation programme to optimise, standardise, and digitise processes within the Stability team.
• Champion continuous improvement via standardised work, digitisation, and knowledge management.
