Job description

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI‑native platform. We work on large‑scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day, and this traffic is growing daily. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission‑driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both flexibility and autonomy to own their careers.

About The Role

We are CrowdStrike, a fast‑growing security company that protects our wide range of customers from cybersecurity attacks. We’re investing in program managers who are energetic, eager to learn, flexible and capable of managing large‑scale and complex engineering projects in a fast‑paced environment.

This role is open to candidates based within 30 miles of Dublin.

While the position is fully remote for now, CrowdStrike plans to open a Dublin office within the next 18–24 months. Once the office is established, we anticipate a hybrid working arrangement of approximately 2–3 days per week in the office.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with teams at all levels, from deep technical work with developers to executive level summarizations.
  • Learn and communicate technical context and align it with business objectives to drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines.
  • Create and drive the project schedule, work with development management on task assignments, and manage schedule progress, ensuring dependencies within and across product groups are understood.
  • Collaborate with staff and management across multiple worldwide business units, including product management, design, and technology teams, to clearly identify, explain, and communicate project goals, expectations, and tasks.
  • Track status of project activities proactively and ensure schedules and priorities are met.
  • Identify critical issues, track them through resolution, and escalated when necessary.
  • Manage daily/weekly project communication and status reporting.
  • Lead Scrum meetings, create and follow up on meeting minutes/action items.
  • Work flexibly across time zones to coordinate and follow up on work.
  • Travel locally and internationally several times a year.
What You’ll Need
  • 10+ years of experience in a program/project management role for software development.
  • Proficiency in Jira (ticket creation, dashboards, and facilitation).
  • Proficiency in AI tools to generate reports, automate workflows, and gather insights from disparate data sources.
  • Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and serving as an active resource for technical teams.
  • Experience planning, organizing, managing, and tracking engineering work with multiple complex dependencies as part of integrated programs/portfolios at scale.
  • Experience with large‑scale platforms (cloud technologies), complex inter‑dependent technologies, and software projects that require collaboration across multiple teams and areas of the organization with expert dependency and risk management.
  • Seasoned team coach capable of relieving persistent obstacles rather than running from them.
  • Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and project management methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum; experience with the Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in consensus‑driven environments where collaboration, honest and open communication are paramount.
  • Professional and effective collaboration with cross‑functional groups across divisions worldwide.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to make logical, timely decisions.
  • Proactive self‑learning and initiative in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to extract context from complex technical conversations and provide teams with valuable summaries around action items and next steps.
Benefits Of Working At CrowdStrike
  • Market‑leading compensation and equity awards.
  • Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs.
  • Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge.
  • Paid parental and adoption leave.
  • Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role.
  • Employee networks, neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections.
  • Vibrant office culture with world‑class amenities.
  • Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe.
