McKesson is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer (P4) to lead the integration of SAP with IAM systems. The role requires expertise across SAP Security (GRC, S/4HANA, HANA, ECC) and SailPoint/IGA integrations, with emphasis on SoD governance and ITGC alignment.

You will support complex SAP/IAM deployments, provide L3–L4 production support, and drive automation across SAP cloud and on‑prem environments from Ireland, Cork region. Strong troubleshooting abilities are essential.

Position Summary (Purpose of job):

The Senior IAM Engineer (P4) is responsible for integration of SAP platform with IAM Systems.

This role supports integrations between IAM system, SailPoint or IGA tools with SAP cloud platforms. The role requires expertise in integration troubleshooting, identity provisioning, and cross-system access controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate SAP with SailPoint IGA.
• SAP security platform administration.
• Secure SAP Cloud and SaaS/PaaS platforms.
• Manage authentication and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot integration, connectivity, and performance issues across SAP ECC, SAP GRC, IAM (SailPoint), and SAP Cloud platforms.
• Provide Level 3–4 production support and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and privileged access risks.
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvements.

Required Skills:

• Integration experience between SAP platform (Basis, HANA, ECC or Pharma) to IAM Systems.
• Strong expertise in SAP Security across SAP GRC, SAP S/4HANA, HANA, and ECC environments.
• SailPoint / IGA integration experience.
• Integration troubleshooting expertise.
• MuleSoft integration, cybersecurity integration or Network integration experience background.
• SAP GRC Access Control experience.
• SoD governance experience.
• SOX / ITGC alignment.
• Level 3–Level 4 production support experience.
• 8+ years of SAP Security platform experience.
• Experience supporting at least 4 full lifecycle deployments.
• Proven SAP–IGA (SailPoint or similar tools) integration lifecycle experience and production ownership.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings extensive hands‑on experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC, and enterprise identity and access management, with a strong focus on SAP–SailPoint integrations, Segregation of Duties (SoD) governance, and security operations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, HANA, and Cloud environments.

This individual demonstrates expertise in integration troubleshooting, access provisioning, authentication, and cross‑system security architecture, along with proven experience supporting large‑scale SAP environments through deployments, production support, compliance initiatives, and continuous security improvements.
