The role involves month-end close, account reconciliations, cost of goods sold, internal controls, and close collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive accuracy and business insight. This position offers exposure to plant-level operations within a global orthopedics organization,

Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliations.
• Ability to perform detailed financial analysis with accuracy.
• Experience supporting close processes, reporting, or audits.

Responsibilities

• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities for supply chain and manufacturing.
• Perform reconciliations, variance analyses, and balance sheet reviews.
• Support standard costing, inventory accounting, and COGS activities.
• Maintain internal controls, ensuring governance and SOX compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and documentation for management and audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve issues.
