Lilly UK & Ireland is seeking a Solution Delivery Technical Assurance Analyst to ensure the technical integrity, reliability, and accuracy of automated and data-driven solutions across the Solution Delivery portfolio. The role oversees the 360-degree health of builds, data, and outputs, driving continuous improvement in process quality and financial-reporting integrity across end-to-end Finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering/Finance with technical aptitude.
• 5+ years’ experience in Solution Delivery, Automation Engineering, Data Quality, or related fields.
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, data pipelines, and integration architectures.
• Experience with ERP like SAP and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL).
• Knowledge of data integrity principles and financial control frameworks.

• Develop and maintain technical quality, integrity, and performance reporting.

Role Purpose

The Solution Delivery Technical Assurance Analyst ensures the technical integrity, reliability, and accuracy of automated and data-driven solutions across Solution Delivery. The role takes a 360-degree view of solution health — validating that builds, data, and outputs perform as designed — and drives continuous improvement in process quality and financial-reporting integrity across end-to-end Finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate the technical integrity and reliability of automation and data solutions, including SOX-relevant control points, across the Solution Delivery portfolio.
• Develop and maintain technical quality, integrity, and performance reporting, including system usage.
• Perform technical reviews of solution design, configuration, and change management to confirm builds are fit-for-purpose.
• Support readiness for internal technical reviews, including documentation and evidence of solution validation.
• Identify technical gaps, process exceptions, and opportunities to improve reliability and quality.
• Support remediation of technical defects and improvement of automation reliability.
• Contribute to embedding automated quality checkpoints within solution builds and process optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/Accounting with technical aptitude, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience, in Solution Delivery, Automation Engineering, Data Quality, Systems Validation, Automated testing/QA frameworks, Process Mining or Process Excellence.
• Strong technical acumen with automated systems (API/integration architecture, Workflow, Data Pipelines) and the ability to translate technical issues into business impact.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP and building reporting capabilities through tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Claude is advantageous.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, data integrity principles, financial control frameworks, and technical validation methods is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Shared Services or Global Business Services environment.
• Automation reliability monitoring and exception management.
• Process improvement, technical quality engineering, data validation, or systems reliability.
