Job summary

ACE AUTOBODY LIMITED is actively seeking Spray Painter professionals for nationwide positions across our 16 branches. The role covers vehicle preparation for painting, colour matching, and applying base/top coats in controlled spray booth environments.

Applicants should hold a recognised Automotive Painting qualification and have at least 4 years of bodyshop experience, plus a full clean driving licence. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Automotive Painting
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional bodyshop
• Strong knowledge of OEM procedures and paint application methods
• Proven competence in safe operation of workshop equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Full, clean driving licence

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting through sanding, masking, filling, and priming
• Mix, match, and adjust paint colours using paint‑matching technology and supplier systems
• Apply base coats, top coats, and clear coats using spray guns and controlled spray booth environments
• Inspect painted surfaces for accuracy, defects, texture, and colour consistency
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations for hazardous materials
