Job summary

The Health Service Executive (HSE) Dublin and South East invites applications for a Speech and Language Therapist, Clinical Specialist (In-Reach) to contribute to regional panels across Wicklow, Waterford, Kilkenny, Carlow, Wexford, Dublin South and surrounding areas.

Candidates will be assessed for demonstrated knowledge in differential diagnosis, diagnostic intervention and autism-related supports, with neuro-affirming practice as a key requirement.

Qualifications

• Relevant knowledge, skills and experience in Differential Diagnosis and Diagnostic Intervention.
• Understanding of conditions that Autistic people commonly experience and relevant supports/accommodations.
• Knowledge and practice of neuro-affirming speech and language therapy.

Where a vacancy remains unfilled, an expression of interest will then be issued to the full regional panel, in order of merit, regardless of IHA preference

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Speech and Language Therapist, Clinical Specialist (In-Reach) for Dublin & South East from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled for the region.
