Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of the Spare Parts department.
  • Assist customers at the front counter and manage telephone inquiries.
  • Inspect and confirm the quality and quantity of incoming parts deliveries.
  • Help with inventory management and stocktaking.
  • Prepare packages for outgoing shipments and handle related paperwork.

Spare Parts Assistant
What’s on Offer
  • Full-time, permanent position: Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.30 including one hour for lunch.

  • You will be supporting the daily operations of the Spare Parts department.
  • Assisting customers at the front counter and managingtelephone inquiries.
  • Coordinate with colleagues from various departments within the company.
  • Inspect and confirm the quality and quantity of incoming parts deliveries.
  • Prepare packages for outgoing shipments and handle related paperwork such as invoices and delivery notes.
  • Help with inventory management and stocktaking, input data into the stock system, and ensure the storeroom is always clean and organized.
What Skills You Need
  • A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer use and customer service-oriented.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. Great with people!
