Overview of Role:

  • Work schedule spans Monday to Sunday, with varied shifts - flexibility is essential.
  • Perform all treatments and services featured on our spa menu to the highest standard.
  • Deliver a consistently memorable and personalised guest experience.
  • Conduct thorough consultations and provide tailored product and treatment recommendations.
  • Maintain exceptional hygiene and professional standards throughout the spa.
  • Operate on a 4-week rolling rota, allowing for work-life balance.
  • Competitive commission on both retail sales and treatments based on performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a recognised ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
  • Minimum of one year's post-qualification experience, with strong skills in facials and massage.
  • Warm, guest-focused, and confident in delivering luxury service.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
