Overview

Aqua Sana Forest Spa is an award-winning spa offering a combination of experiences, products and treatments. Each spa at Center Parcs locations is uniquely designed, with up to 25 spa experience rooms to explore. There is an extensive range of face and body treatments available to book, carried out by expert therapists using products from Elemis, Comfort Zone and VOYA. The spa is accessible to both Center Parcs guests and external guests visiting for Spa Days and Spa Breaks.

About the Brand and Treatments

Aqua Sana Spa partners with luxurious skincare brands such as Elemis and VOYA. Treatments range from massages to manicures and facials to full body treatments, with guidance to help guests select the perfect items from our comprehensive retail offering.

Location and Commute

Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Longford Forest as it is not easily accessible by public transport. If you plan to use public transport, plan your journey to estimate your commute.

About You

We have six spa locations across the UK and Ireland. Each location offers something different, but all share a common focus on making guests feel amazing. When you step through our doors, you should:

• Have excellent communication skills

Essential Qualifications

• Level 6 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Level 3 Diploma in Body Massage or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships at all levels
• Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
• Ability to utilise excellent time management skills and use own initiative and teamwork

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience with a well-known beauty brand
• Previous experience in a spa/beauty environment
• Proven retail experience

Hours of Work

Full and part-time contracts are available, with shifts between 10:00 and 20:00, including some weekends. For full-time roles you will work 2 out of 4 weekends. The village is open 365 days a year, so working hours will include public/bank holidays and Christmas/New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate for Sunday hours.
