Job description

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the vital link between our clients technical capabilities and their customers’ operational success. You’ll partner with leading medical device, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing companies helping them boost yield, throughput, safety, and quality through engineered solutions tailored to their challenges.

This isn’t just a sales role. It’s hands-on. Relationship-driven. And strategically important.

You’ll collaborate, consult, and create impact, shaping solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to uncover their technical and operational challenges.
  • Co-create engineering solutions that improve yield, throughput, ergonomics, safety, and quality.
  • Translate solutions into business outcomes—clearly articulating ROI and value.
  • Support commercial proposals, presentations, and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Liaise with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion.

Requirements:

  • Engineering experience in medical devices, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing.
  • A consultative, solutions-based approach to selling and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with modular systems, fabrication, or automation (bonus).
  • Understanding of regulated environments and quality standards.
  • Confident communication skills, especially in simplifying the complex.
  • A collaborative mindset and a hunger to make a difference.
