Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect in Dublin to shape major transformation initiatives from concept through delivery. You will provide senior leadership for end-to-end solutions across enterprise applications and data platforms within a forward-thinking technology function.

You will report to the Head of IT & Strategy, lead the Systems Change and analytics function, and design secure, scalable solutions while partnering with business, change and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect delivering end-to-end solutions in transformational environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform and Azure data services.
• Knowledge of DevOps and low-code/no-code delivery approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar.

Responsibilities

• In this key role, you will be part of a forward-thinking technology function investing in enterprise applications, data landscape, helping shape major business transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery.

In this role, you will provide senior leadership in the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions across the businesses’ core enterprise applications and data platforms.

About Your New Job:

• As a Solutions Architect, reporting into the Head of IT & Strategy and InfoSec Officer, you will provide senior leadership across the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions covering enterprise applications, data platforms and business systems.


• Lead the Systems Change and analytics function.


• Provide architectural leadership during the early stages of change initiatives, act as the design authority for significant technology and business initiatives.


• Design secure, scalable end-to-end solutions across enterprise applications and data platforms.


• Partner with business, change and technology teams.


• Translate business objectives into practical solutions designs, roadmaps and delivery approaches.


• Promote data quality, governance and effective use of business intelligence.


• Lead, mentor and develop team members in a small team.


• Contribute to IT strategy, governance and technology planning.

What Skills You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect delivering end-to-end solutions in a transformational environment.


• Experience working with business change, project delivery and technology teams.


• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, data platforms and systems change.


• Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, and Azure data services.


• Knowledge of DevOps and low-code/no-code delivery approaches


• Experience with developing application and data roadmaps


• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills


• Experience in financial services is a nice to have.


• A Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar.
