As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit an Insurance Solicitor to join our Global Specialty and Financial Risks team.

Responsibilities

• To act on behalf of international insurers in the defence of claims brought against their insured clients.
• Primarily handle Professional Negligence and Financial Lines claims.
• Support on high-value disputes in the High Court and Commercial Court, as required.

What will help you succeed in this role?

We are seeking candidates with a background in insurance litigation. However, individuals with general litigation experience who demonstrate a strong interest in developing expertise in insurance law will also be considered.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold the relevant qualifications and demonstrate strong technical legal skills, including a comprehensive understanding of legal principles, case law, and relevant subject matter.
