Job summary

Craydel Group specialises in developing renewable energy projects and is seeking a solicitor to join our in-house legal team. The role is conveyancing-focused and involves preparation and review of options, leases, easements, and other property interests essential to our projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the legal team and other departments across the organisation on all aspects of renewable energy development, including Company Secretarial work and related duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conveyancing focus: preparation and review of options, leases, easements and other property interests for renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with the legal team and liaise with all departments on development of renewable energy projects.
• Support Company Secretarial tasks and other legal duties as required.

Craydel Group specialises in the development of renewable energy projects and is currently seeking a solicitor to join their legal team. This is an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to develop their career in a fast paced in-house legal environment.

The role is primarily conveyancing based and experience in this area of practice is an advantage.The conveyancing aspect of the role is varied and includes the preparation and review of options, leases, easements, rights of way and all other property interests necessary to progress our renewable energy projects.

In addition to conveyancing the successful candidate will work with the legal team and liaise with all other departments within the organisation in all aspects of the development of renewable energy projects including the following areas:
