Job summary

Statkraft is recruiting a Solar Project Manager to lead the construction and delivery of solar projects across Ireland and the UK. You will coordinate internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with strong HSE controls.

The role requires a degree in engineering or natural sciences, proven renewable energy project experience, and excellent communication skills to report to the Delivery Manager for Ireland.

Qualifications

• University or equivalent degree in engineering or natural sciences with broad project/renewables exposure.
• Proven track record delivering renewable energy development projects through construction.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and interfaces with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to prioritise and report clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction oversight for solar projects, ensuring cost, time and quality controls.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure HSE compliance and environmental permit conditions are met across the project.
• Oversee tender processes, design inputs, and project documentation for governance.
