Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production-quality software at scale.
• Strong architecture and programming expertise with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Proven ability to apply structured, scientific and creative approaches to solving complex engineering problems.
• Experience in cross-functional teams, influencing technical direction, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Commitment to software quality including test strategy, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and technically lead end-user features used by millions of people worldwide.
• Own the breakdown of product requirements into clear technical designs and executable tasks.
• Act as a technical reference, reviewing designs and code, guiding implementation decisions.
• Listen to the customer, investigate issues, and drive improvements based on CSAT, NPS, and metrics.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver delightful experiences balancing speed and quality.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline development while ensuring production-grade code.
• Mentor and support engineers to foster learning and ownership.
• Bring curiosity and personality to the team.
