With 7+ years of experience, you’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with product partners, and push for scalable, robust systems while leveraging AI-assisted development to boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical subject such as Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience in complex environments.
• Experience leading architecture and design discussions and driving alignment across teams.
• Deep programming and system design expertise with ability to evaluate trade-offs.
• Proven ability to lead a structured, scientific, and creative approach to solving complex technical challenges.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and lead the technical direction of end-user features used by millions of people worldwide.
• Own architectural decisions within your domain — defining, evolving, and communicating scalable designs.
• Break down complex product requirements into clear technical designs and executable work.
• Act as a technical leader and role model, setting high standards for code quality and operational excellence.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, supporting their technical growth.
• Partner with product managers and designers to influence roadmap decisions.
• Listen to the customer and drive improvements based on CSAT, NPS, and feedback metrics.
• Champion AI-assisted development to improve productivity and delivery.
