Qualifications

• Previous internships or open source contributions demonstrating feedback from mentors.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems with mentor support.

Responsibilities

• Write production-ready software with meaningful impact to Stripe.
• Provide and receive technical feedback via code reviews or design discussions.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate feedback.
• Learn quickly by asking questions and communicating status clearly.
