Job summary

Arm is looking for interns to join our Galway office as part of the Global Internship Program. You will work in small teams using Agile methods on real projects across development, design and verification, with mentoring and peer support throughout your placement.

We seek students in Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with strong academics and programming ability. Other degrees may be considered with validated experience.

Qualifications

• Strong academic performance and programming ability – a strong academic record, particularly in relevant technical subjects, together with experience designing code in one or more programming languages and applying it to solve challenging problems.
• You will need to be studying towards a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other relevant subject. Other degree types may be considered with validated experience.

Responsibilities

• Working on solutions that will make use of your existing knowledge and skills, whilst also requiring you to learn something new.
• Overcoming a variety of different tasks to help teams hit their targets, including improving workflows and investigating new software.
• Using your voice to provide knowledge, new insights and address problems independently.
• Gaining from expertise and support throughout your placement.
