Job summary

Atlas Growth seeks a mid-level software engineer (Software Engineer 3) to contribute readable, well-tested code and lead small projects. Based in Ireland, you will join cross-functional squads with product, design, and analytics, helping build customer-facing features for Atlas Growth 2.

We value fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript and React, plus knowledge of Java, Go, or C/C++. You will write specs, collaborate on implementation, and participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and React.
• Experience with Java, Go, or C/C++ is a plus.
• Experience writing database queries (document-based or relational).
• Experience writing and reviewing technical specs and leading small projects.
• Interest in A/B testing or product design.

Responsibilities

• Contribute readable and well-tested code to ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with product and design partners to implement and iterate on new customer-facing features.
• Write scope and technical spec docs and lead small working groups of two or three engineers.
• Participate actively in code and document reviews.
• Help product management identify improvements for features you own and drive them to completion.
• Triage incoming support requests and alerts for products you own, and participate in group-wide on-call rotation.
