Job summary

Citco in Dublin seeks an IT Developer for Private Equity Technology. You will contribute to the design, development, testing and support of enterprise software solutions within a fast-paced, global engineering team.

You will collaborate with developers, analysts and QA to deliver business value, and apply AI-assisted development techniques while ensuring robust security and scalable financial software across fund accounting and reporting domains.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Eager to learn new technologies and improve skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and validating AI-generated code.
• Interest in LLMs and Generative AI.
• Understanding of REST API design principles and OO design.
• Experience with automated testing (unit/integration) and source control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, testing and support of enterprise software solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA and product stakeholders to deliver value.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions to raise quality.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and improvements.
