Job summary

Dublin City University is seeking a full stack Software Developer for the ARC-HUB for ICT – MyNameIs project. You will join a development team to build a web and mobile application and browser plugins that help users verify their proper name.

Salary scale is €49,885 to €58,016. Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Closing date is 23 September 2026.

Software Developer ARC-HUB for ICT – MyNameIS Project, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Role Profile

We are seeking a full stack software developer who will be part of the development team for MyNameIs project. The successful candidate will work on the development of a web/mobile application, and browser plugins that support users in capturing authentic information about their proper name. The candidate will work with the principal investigator, a research assistant, industry and commercial partners, and the wider ARC-HUB for ICT team. This role also reports to the principal investigator of MyNameIs project.

Salary Scale: Analyst Programmer I - €49,885 - €58,016 (refer to DCU Payscales for the applicable payscale for the role.) Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
