Job summary

Direct Medics are partnering with a client to place a CORU registered Social Worker in an adult safeguarding role across Longford/Westmeath/Laois & Offaly. The position is ideally a full-time temporary contract for an initial three months, with potential extension.

Experience leading teams within the adult safeguarding service is required. The role offers flexible hours with both part-time and full-time options, and supports travel/ accommodation where needed.

• CORU registered Social Worker with current registration.
• Postgraduate UK or ROI experience.
• Full UK/ROI driving license and access to a car.
• Right to live and work in the UK or Ireland without visa sponsorship.

Job Description

As such, Direct Medics are working in partnership with a client covering Longford/Westmeath/Laois & Offaly areas to find an experienced and dedicated Social Worker who will be providing a comprehensive specialist adult safeguarding service.

This role is ideally full time temporary for three months initially with a view to extending. Sufficient experience to work as team leaders within the adult safeguarding team is required.

• CORU registered Social Worker

• Post graduate UK or ROI based professional experience

• Full UK/ROI drivers license and car

• Right to live and work in the UK/Ireland without VISA sponsorship
