Job summary

Direct Medics are seeking a Medical Social Worker for an Older Persons Integrated Care Programme based in Clondalkin, Dublin. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00, with a supportive team and opportunities to develop your career within a trusted healthcare recruitment partner in Ireland.

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Social Work, CORU registration, a full Irish driving licence, and knowledge of the Capacity Act, including DSS/DMRR processes and the Fair Deal scheme.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work required.
• CORU registration as a Social Worker.
• Full Irish driving licence and access to a car.
• Knowledge of Assisted Decision Making Act and related processes.
• Knowledge of Nursing Home Support Scheme (Fair Deal).
