Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts is required.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement drivers.
• Ability to work from brief to delivery independently and manage multiple pieces.
• Proactive creative mindset with curiosity about culture and trends.
• Able to move quickly without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Steward the client's online personality across social channels.
• From concept to delivery: create and edit content.
• Collaborate with brand team to plan campaigns and content.
• Drive best practices and innovation across social campaigns.
• Grow dialogue and engagement with the digital audience.
• Ensure content aligns with strategy and KPIs.
• Advise on assets for social channels and integrated campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for proactive engagement and reactive content.
• Write inventive, attention-grabbing copy.
