Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is assisting a client in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary to recruit Social Care Workers and Leaders for mainstream residential settings.

The roles focus on leading teams, supporting vulnerable children aged 7-18, and maintaining a therapeutic daily routine within residential houses. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 7/8 Social Care qualification, have at least 1 year of relevant experience, and possess a full manual driving licence with own transport.

Qualifications

• Level 7/Level 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience working with children and young people.
• Full manual driving licence and access to own transport.
• Experience leading teams and working in therapeutic care models.
• Flexibility to work 15 and 24 hour shifts.

• Lead and support the care team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
