Job Description:

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. Locations for these services include Limerick. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to service users, promote independence, and contribute to person-centred planning and the daily operation of the service.

A successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant
  • A clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
  • Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
  • Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures
  • Full Clean Manual Driving License
