Are you a qualified Social Care professional looking for an admin/office based role?

TTM Healthcare is recruiting a Social Care Worker and Social Care Leader for a national placement team. The roles are full-time, permanent, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare.

Salary scales: €39951 - €56089 for Social Care Worker; €55793 - €65155 for Social Care Leader.

Responsibilities:
  • Support placement referrals along the referral pathway to source suitable residential placements.
  • Gather, review, and analyze received information.
  • Make timely, clear decisions to support placement identification.
  • Provide updates to social care managers as needed.

Requirements:
  • Registered in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board (CORU).
  • Or hold a CORU-approved Social Care Worker qualification and have applied for registration.
  • Or eligible for registration with CORU, with evidence of application.
  • High standard of suitability and ability for the role.
  • Minimum three years' experience in Children & Families Service or similar environment.
