Job summary

CPL Healthcare is recruiting a Social Care Worker to join an established team in Limerick. You will support individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and ensure high standards of person-centred care under HIQA regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or a related field, has leadership experience, a full clean driving licence, and can work flexible shifts. Eligibility to register with CORU is required.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Experience leading and supervising teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to participate in shift work.
• Have eligibility to register as a Social Care Worker according to Coru Registration Requirements.
