Daffodil Care Services are currently recruiting Social Care professionals for Social Care Worker positions in our mainstream residential care services based in Mallow & Mitchelstown, Co. Cork.

Who we are -

Daffodil Care Group is one of Ireland's leading social care service providers, currently offering a range of services to meet the needs of young people and their families, including registered residential, aftercare services, and community outreach.

As part of this new team, working in collaboration with the Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social care in a safe, caring, and stabilizing environment for vulnerable young people aged 12-17. You will play a key role in providing individualized daily activities within the residential service. This rewarding role is suited for energetic, creative, and versatile social care professionals passionate about working with young people.

What we can offer you:

Attractive starting salary for full-time Social Care Workers: €39,567 - €42,895 (dependent on experience)

Inclusive of sleeping time and premiums.

Incremental salary scale

Typical schedule of 2 sleepover shifts per week

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in:

OR

If eligible, you can register as a Social Care Worker with CORU.

A full Irish Driver's license is mandatory.
