Job summary

Embrace are recruiting Social Care Workers for our children’s residential houses in Ireland. We are seeking applications from Social Care Workers who have a passion for supporting people in the community and helping them to develop within their homes.

The successful candidate will be joining a strong team and will be overseen by a supportive management team. Our aim is to offer a strengths-based service that focuses on residents’ core interests and supports their development of new skills.

Qualifications

• Hold or be pursuing Level 7 qualification in Social Care / Applied Social Studies (must be registered with or eligible for registration with CORU)
• Hold a Nursing Degree (must be registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI)
• Demonstrate knowledge of the legislation, regulations, and standards applicable to the provision of accommodation-based services to vulnerable people
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a full driving licence

• Social Care Workers will support people in the community and help them develop within their homes

The ideal Candidate will:
