A leading support services provider in Ireland is looking for dedicated Social Care Workers for its children's residential houses in Navan. Candidates should have a passion for community support and development. This full-time position entails working under a supportive management team, focusing on enhancing residents’ skills and interests while providing a safe and comfortable home environment. Applicants should hold or pursue a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a nursing degree registered with NMBI.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be pursuing a Level 7 qualification in Social Care.
• Registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses.
• Must have a full driving license.

The ideal Candidate will

• Hold or be pursuing a Level 7 qualification in Social Care / Applied Social Studies (must be registered with or eligible for registration with CORU)

OR

• Hold a Nursing Degree (must be registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Demonstrate knowledge of the legislation, regulations, and standards applicable to the provision of accommodation-based services to vulnerable people
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a full driving licence
