Daily Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with their daily plans
• Supporting individuals in the community
• Assisting with education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes
• Helping with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and family visits
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
• Shift work available 24/7

Skills Requirements

• Assistant Support Worker: No qualification required; all training provided
• Social Care Worker: Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
• Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential
• A good attitude to work and a passion for supporting people
• Full Driver’s Licence required or in the process of obtaining one
