Job summary

A community support organization in Wicklow is seeking a qualified Social Care Worker to provide person-centred support in a residential setting. What you0ll do

• Provide person-centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop selfcare & independent living skills
• Assist with community integration: accompany to appointments, social/recreational activities, family visits
• Support with daily tasks (e.g., cooking, laundry, cleaning), while promoting dignity and selfagency
• Work as part of a team to plan, record, review and monitor care plans and individual outcomes
• Uphold and comply with HIQA regulations & standards, best practice, safety, and safeguarding standards
• Work is a in a residential centre with maximum of 4 residents

Who we0re looking for

• Qualified Social Care Worker: minimum QQI Level 7 in Health Care / Social Care (or equivalent). Those with QQI Level 6 who are enrolled, and progressing are also welcome to apply.
