About the role

TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with our Client who are committed to providing quality residential care and support for young people aged 7-18. They take this responsibility seriously and put the child at the heart of everything they do.

Every child is different and so is the support and guidance they receive to help them navigate their journey to independence and adulthood.

As a Social Care Worker, you will play an essential role in helping these young individuals grow, become independent and overcome challenges as they progress.

Daily tasks such as implementing behavioural support plans, liaising with colleagues and referral agents as well as contributing to the service's development will be some of the responsibilities of this role.
