Job summary

Daffodil Care Group is recruiting Social Care Workers for our mainstream residential service in Adare, Co. Limerick.

You will support vulnerable young people aged 12–17 in a safe, caring, stabilising environment and deliver day-to-day activities as part of a dedicated team. We offer a competitive starting salary of €40,067-€43,394 for full-time roles, with sleeping time, incremental pay scale, and a strong benefits package including health insurance, pension, education grants, and career

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in one of the listed fields.
• If eligible to register as a Social Care Worker with CORU, this qualifies.
• A full Irish Driver's license is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality social care and a safe, caring environment for young people aged 12–17.
• Deliver individualized day-to-day activities in the residential service.
• Collaborate with Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders to support service users.

Daffodil Care Services are currently recruiting Social Care professionals for Social Care Worker positions in our mainstream residential care service in Adare, Co. Limerick.

Who we are -

Daffodil Care Group is one of Irelands leading social care service providers currently providing a range of services to meet the needs of young people and their families, these include registered residential, aftercare services as well as community outreach.

Working as part of this new team and collaboration with the Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders,you will be responsible for providing high quality social care and a safe, caring and stabilising environment to vulnerable young people aged between 12-17 years. You will play a key role in the delivery of individualized day-to-day activities in the residential service. This rewarding role will suit energetic, creative and versatile social care professionals with a passion for working with young people.

• Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Social Care Workers €40,067-€43,394(depending on experience)
