Job summary

Sunbeam House Services in Bray, Ireland, is seeking a Social Care Worker for a part-time role (120 hours per month) to support individuals living independently in their own homes. The position emphasises person-centred care and empowering clients to live confidently within their community.

You will work one-to-one, helping with daily living skills, life skills, budgeting, and social inclusion while collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to develop a growing Connected Living

We’re looking for a dedicated Social Care Worker to join our Connected Living Service in Bray— a progressive, person-centred service supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to live confidently in their own homes.

In this role, you’ll provide one-to-one, person-centred support, helping individuals build life skills, confidence, and independence—while being part of an innovative service that is growing and evolving.

You won’t just be supporting daily routines—you’ll be empowering real lives.
