Job summary

The Good Shepherd Centre Kilkenny is seeking a Project Worker (Full Time) to support the Service Manager in Clonmel, County Tipperary. You will assist in day-to-day running of the service, roster duties, and respond to referrals.

Responsibilities include processing referrals, conducting assessments, care/support planning and implementation, engaging with service users, supporting move-on plans, addressing maintenance issues, and delivering practice supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care or a related field.
• Ability to manage referrals and conduct assessments.
• Experience with care/support planning and implementation.
• Ability to work to rosters and contribute to on-call duties if designated.
