Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Person in Charge / Social Care Leader for services across Ballinrobe and Castlebar, Co. Mayo. This permanent, full-time role (39 hours) offers leadership to a dedicated staff team and a focus on high-quality, person-centred care.

You will mentor staff, ensure HIQA standards, manage budgets, and collaborate with families and partners to deliver meaningful outcomes for residents. Salary range €54,440–€63,976 per annum.

Qualificações

• Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' managerial or supervisory experience in social care.
• Management qualification.
• Full driver's license.
• CORU registration desirable or willingness to pursue.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop staff teams.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
• Support individuals with high and/or complex needs.
• Drive service development and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Ensure HIQA compliance.
• Support service planning, budget management and quality improvement.
