Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland seeks a Security Operations Center Technology Associate Manager in Dublin to support SOC/CoE security technology, including access control and video systems. You will implement priorities, install and test hardware/software, and collaborate with IT, security operations and leadership.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in security application support, hands-on Genetec Omnicast/CCure 9000 experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/IT/EE or related field.
• 7+ years of security application support experience.
• Experience administering CCure 9000 and Genetec Omnicast.
• Experience with access control, video surveillance, or BMS in a SOC.
• Basic IP networking knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SOC/CoE tech, pilot new security tech, demonstrate use cases.
• Update access control and video surveillance training materials.
• Configure and troubleshoot CCure 9000, Genetec Security Center, and related systems.
• Provide technical support for SOC video walls and hardware/software.
• Onboard, configure, and update security devices and software.
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and coordinate incident response.
• Maintain SOC tech docs, diagrams, and playbooks.
• Manage small-to-medium security technology projects with cross-functional teams.
