What You Can Expect
With minimal direction, coordinates the necessary programs, reports, training, audits, and systems in order to comply with all environmental and safety laws and regulations.
How You'll Create Impact
• Assisting with ISO14001 & ISO 45001 Management Systems and ensure that standards and procedures set within these systems are maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality Functions to implement best in class processes.
• Training and coaching teams on completing risk assessments.
• Conducting Risk Assessment of new processes.
• Review and improvement of Contractor Management Systems.
• Review and improvement of permit to work and lock out tag out processes.
• Review and improvement of new product introduction EHS requirements.
• Process safety review of additive manufacturing processes.
• Review and updating of EHS documentation and procedures.
• Carry out site and facility inspections and audits to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented and work with area leaders to implement improvements.
• Lead and support initiatives to raise awareness and drive a positive culture e.g. Behavioural Based Safety.
• Complete monthly EHS corporate reports.
• Monitor and report on all waste activities such as generation, storage, inventory, transportation, and disposal.
