Job summary

Veolia Ireland is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a 12-month specified contract at Ballyboden, Co. Dublin. The role oversees construction site operations, ensures health, safety and environmental compliance, and coordinates with project managers and contractors to deliver on schedule and budget.

Strong leadership, site-based experience (5–7 years), and a full driving licence are essential. A safety qualification and proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace are desirable attributes

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction site operations (water/wastewater preferable).
• Strong HSE knowledge and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Proven communication and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and coordinate with Construction Site Manager.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors per Veolia minimum requirements.
• Develop and maintain H&S documentation on site including risk assessments.
• Conduct H&S audits, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
