Job summary

Shareridge Ltd is seeking experienced Site Supervisors for water and wastewater civil projects in the Southeast region. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate staff, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of critical infrastructure across Ireland.

The role requires proven site supervision experience, a background in water infrastructure or heavy civils, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role.
• Proven background in water infrastructure or heavy civils projects.
• Up-to-date training.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of site operations
• Coordinate and manage site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure project deadlines and milestones are achieved
• Supervise civil engineering and groundworks contractors
• Maintain a high standard of quality control across all site activities
• Manage labour timesheets, supplier records, and HSQE documentation
• Promote and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Youll be working on a range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, playing a key role in delivering high-quality works on time and within budget.
